Free VODER beta terms
The free VODER beta applies only to VODER access for an organisation connected through an accounting system marked “Free VODER beta”. It does not make that accounting-system account or service free.
Selecting an accounting system marked “Free VODER beta” starts identity verification. Completing it creates your VODER account if you're new to VODER. It does not connect an organisation or start free beta access, a trial, a subscription or a charge.
- When the beta ends, VODER will notify the organisation owner. The seven days start when the notice is accepted for delivery.
- If the organisation owner subscribes during those seven days, the first month is free. Before subscribing, the owner will see the final price and first charge date.
- If the organisation owner does nothing, there is no charge. VODER access ends, and VODER removes the accounting connection after those seven days.
- If the organisation owner subscribes later, there is no trial or free first month. Before subscribing, the owner will see the final price and first charge date.
- After the beta ends, an eligible new VODER organisation gets the normal seven-day trial when the organisation owner subscribes. Eligibility requires no previous connection, beta access, trial, subscription or payment history for that organisation.
Verifying your identity creates your VODER account if you're new to VODER. VODER may send one non-promotional welcome email after your email address is verified. By creating an account, you agree to VODER's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and How we handle your data.
Creating your account doesn't start a trial, subscription or charge. VODER is operated by Windy Road Technology Pty Limited in Australia.
